We saw the doctor today and he is not very concerned.  He did hear the click in her left hip and said it was consistent.  She is too old for an ultrasound because her bones are developed now (compared to when she was a newborn) but he doesn’t like to take an x-ray unless he has to because of the exposure of the radiation on her little body.  He said it is mostly likely something she will grow out of.  It could be the bone rubbing on the socket or ligaments rubbing on the outside but it is not dislocated.  He said he sees lots of babies with “clicks” and most of them are nothing.  He wants us to bring Georgia back when she is 1 and he will probably do an xray at that time to make sure there is not any problems.  If there is she would have to wear a brace at night.

We are hopeful and feel Georgia is just fine.  She is rolling over both ways now, has two bottom teeth and is sitting up.  Things happen so quickly.  Hopefully the next thing will be sleeping through the night!  She has made it to 4:30am on two occasions so I guess that it is a good sign.  Oh and she has started to eat…but does not like green beans.
